Scope - FEED & DETAIL DESIGN

Project Overview

The purpose of the Project is to install a new Crude Transmission Line as replacement for the existing Transmission Line that has developed internal corrosion.
20” x 44 km Crude Transmission pipeline from Ratawi Platform to Onshore Processing Station with associated topsides and onshore facility modification. Topside Modification involves deck extension to provision a Vertical Pig Launcher and onshore plant modification involves provision of pig receiver, with necessary piping and instrumentation hook ups.

Project Overview

SBM's Project "FPSO Cidade de Maricá and FPSO Cidade de Saquarema" comprises the conversion of two oil tankers to a FPSO each designed for operation in the South Atlantic off the coast of Brazil. Scope of work included provision of Piping and Structural Engineering Services for the Manifold Modules TS264, TS265, TS266 and TS267.
